Let’s explore Iranian garden city of Natanz

The city of Natanz in the central province of Isfahan is known as the garden city of Iran.

The reason to that nickname is the greenery, pleasant weather and bubbling springs of the city that have attracted many tourists to it.

The city has more than 1,800 historical monuments, 120 of which have been registered on Iran’s National Heritage List.

One of such monuments that draws the eye of every viewer is a dome built on a mountain called Baz Dome. It is one of the main architectural masterpieces of Iran.

Abbasabad Hunting Area, located on the old Kashan-Natanz road, is among the other historical heritages of the region.

Due to its special climate, various agricultural products are grown in Natanz, including pears, pomegranates, saffron and cantaloupe.
